Reservations & Payments

All retreats require a 50% deposit to reserve your yoga retreat. Balance is due 20 days prior to departure. If balance is not paid in full by this time, the booking will be regarded as cancelled. It is possible to book a retreat after the final payment due date, subject to availability. Full payment is required for late bookings.

Payments can be made through Paypal or credit card directly from this website. We also accept cheques or money orders. Payments can be made out to:

Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable. However, Good Health Yoga Retreats reserves the right to cancel any retreat up to 15 days prior to departure. In this case, payments you have made will be refunded in full. You will not be entitled to make any further claims for compensation or damages, for any loss, consequential damage, expenses, loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.

Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellation and any medical expenses. If you need assistance with this, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

If a retreat is canceled by Good Health Yoga Retreats, all deposits and full payments will be refunded in full. Good Health Yoga Retreats will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for canceled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness.

Cost of Retreat

Costs and what they include are listed on the itinerary for each retreat. No refunds will be given for services and amenities not used.

Items not Included in our costs: personal travel insurance, gratuities, departure taxes, visa and passport charges, emergency evacuation, extra meals not included in itinerary and any item that is not specified as being included

The information contained in this site is correct to the best of the operator’s knowledge, but the operators accepts no liability for any inaccuracies therein.

The operator reserves the right to alter any itinerary or service at any time without penalty to the operator. Any additional expense or cancellation costs shall be borne by the customer.

All services described herein are organized by Good Health Yoga Retreats. Notice is hereby given that all arrangements made on behalf of customers are made by the operators on the sole condition that the organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and/or persons engaged in carrying out arrangements and services described herein or otherwise in connection herewith.

The operators reserve the right to withdraw or refuse any service to any customer at the discretion of the operators. Payment of deposit is taken as acknowledgment of and agreement to the above items.

Air Carrier Responsibility

Tour and guide services, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and all other services except carriage by air as provided by the airlines are furnished by the contractors who are independent and do not act for, or on behalf of the airlines.

The acceptance of this order of participation in the tour, by the passenger or his assignees shall be deemed to be consent to an acceptance by such person(s) of the above and of any further conditions and that the airline shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for the accuracy of any representations regarding such tour services, nor shall the airlines be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with such tour services other than its liability under the ticket and tariff provision for carriage by air furnished by it.

Consumer Disclosure Notice

Good Health Yoga Retreats act only in capacity as agents for the passenger in all matters connected with hotel accommodations, sight-seeing tours and transportation, whether by air, rail, bus, motorcar, boat or any other means and as agent holds itself free of responsibility for any damage occasioned by any cause. Good Health Yoga Retreats will not be responsible for any damages or expenses or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of schedule, strikes or to their conditions, nor will be responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passenger's belongings. All prices quoted are correct at time of printing, include the cost of operation of the tours, and are subject to currency and airfare changes. Good Health Yoga Retreats and their employees shall not be responsible for personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, irregularity or property damage as a result of acts of God or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or tour participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for or on behalf of Good Health Yoga Retreats for transportation, accommodation or sight-seeing provider or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations being offered in connection with these Retreats.
